Fica perturbado com o que lhe acontece, imagina que o mundo inteiro conspira contra ele, o que influencia muito negativamente os seus pensamentos e os seus sentimentos: ele revolta-se e, nesta revolta, perde a sua luz, perde o seu amor. Tudo isso porque se recusa a admitir que não conseguiu que os seus atos estivessem em sintonia com o seu ideal."
