Tentai, por exemplo, imaginar a humanidade como um único ser. Sim, imaginai o mundo inteiro como um ser que está ali perto de vós e que lhe estendeis a mão enviando-lhe muito amor... Nesse momento, há pequenas partículas da vossa alma que partem em todas as direções do espaço e aquilo que vós fazeis por esse ser reflete-se em todos os homens e mulheres do mundo que, pouco a pouco, começarão a ter outros pensamentos e outros desejos, melhores, mais generosos. Se fôssemos centenas ou milhares a fazer este exercício, um novo sopro, um sopro divino, passaria através de todas as criaturas e, um dia, elas despertariam verdadeiramente transformadas."
