"Se os humanos pensassem em proteger a sua vida, em mantê-la na maior pureza, teriam muito mais possibilidades de realizar as suas aspirações, pois a vida iluminada, esclarecida, é que é a fonte de todas as riquezas. Infelizmente, muito poucos conhecem esta verdade. A maior parte deles desperdiçam a sua vida e, quando se encontram completamente esgotados, já sem gosto nem energia para empreender o que quer que seja, não compreendem e lamentam-se. Que ao menos eles não se lamentem e reconheçam: «Bem, eu fiz experiências, apercebo-me agora de que me enganei e compreendo o que deveria ter feito. Daqui em diante, agirei com mais inteligência.»"

Porque la vida iluminada, radiante, es la fuente de todas las riquezas. Desgraciadamente, muy pocos conocen esta verdad. La mayoría desperdician su vida, y cuando se encuentran totalmente agotados, sin ninguna afición ni energía para emprender cualquier cosa, no comprenden, se quejan. Al menos que no se quejen y reconozcan: «Bueno, he tenido experiencias, pero me doy cuenta ahora de que me he equivocado, comprendo lo que hubiera debido hacer. En adelante, me comportaré de forma más inteligente.»
Entonces, vosotros que recibís la luz de esta Enseñanza, permaneced atentos. Si necesitáis una ciencia, la única, la verdadera, es ésta: cómo preservar vuestra vida, sabiendo, desde un principio, que solamente la calidad de vuestros pensamientos y de vuestros sentimientos actúa sobre vuestras reservas de energía, sobre la quintaesencia de vuestro ser. Es por ello que la mejor manera de preservar su vida, es ponerla al servicio del Cielo. "

"If humans thought of protecting their life, of keeping it in its purest state, the potential for achieving their aspirations would be so much greater! For it is the illumined, enlightened life that is the source of all riches. Unfortunately, very few people know this truth. If you need knowledge, the only true knowledge consists in being able to preserve your life, knowing that the very quality of your thoughts and feelings is enough to affect your energy reserves and the very essence of your being. And so the best way of preserving your life is to place it in the service of heaven. "
